Delicious Homemade Momos

A Taste of  Asian Cuisine

Welcome to my blog, where I'll be sharing my favorite recipe for homemade momos. These delicious dumplings are a popular dish in Asian cuisine.

Ingredients:

-2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Oil for greasing and cooking

Recipe:

First in a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Than take another bowl mix the finely chopped vegetables, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. After that take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a thin, circular shape. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the circle.


Than fold the edges of the dough together, and seal the filling inside. Repeat this process until all the dough and filling are used. After that Grease a steamer and arrange the momos in the steamer, leaving some space between each momos steam the momos for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked well if u want crispy texture than heat some oil in a pan and lightly pan-fry the steamed momos for a crispy texture

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce or chili sauce. Enjoy the delightful flavors of homemade momos. This momos are a good and delicious snack.
