The daily walk
Walk is very much important for us. We should walk daily atleast 2 km daily walk keep us fit and healthy. Nowadays people are not interested in exercise they just want to use the phones all the time. Phone is not good for us it can effect our eyes we should get rid of phones and take a walk outside in the fresh air. Fresh air keep us healthy so everyday we should go and take a long walk in the morning. There are many benefits of taking daily walk it helps us to reduce our wait it keep us healthy , glowing and our stress also get decrease. We should take a walk daily it's good for us.
