Ingredients: - 1 kg chicken pieces - 1 cup plain yogurt - 2 tablespoons tandoori masala - 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 1 tablespoon red chili powder - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon cumin powder - 1 teaspoon coriander powder - Salt to taste - 2 tablespoons oil Recipe: Take a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
